Amy earned her Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Cincinnati in 1985. She worked at Procter and Gamble for nineteen years where she was promoted to Principle Engineer. She led a $100MM process consolidation in the Skin Care business involving fifty different formulas. She developed the scale-up strategy for the hair care business and developed training modules for formulation and process. Amy has also done master planning to maximize capacity and subsequent site evaluations. She is an expert on process scale-up & start-up emulsion and colloid processing.

She is pursuing a Masters of Art in Lay Pastoral Ministry at the Athenaeum of Cincinnati. Amy’s passion in ministry is spiritual direction and supporting others in their journey towards God and God’s love. Her Church volunteer work has been in a wide variety of experiences including retreat formation and leadership, teaching the Bible, prison ministry, praise and worship and prayer groups, and youth ministry.

Amy enjoys home schooling her three children for over ten years. On the fun side, Amy enjoys gardening, walking, listening to inspirational music, and watching classic mysteries.
