Kim Durchholz Benz

Kim is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Chemical Engineering Department. She was employed by Procter and Gamble in 1976 and progressed through their Research & Development as well as their Product Supply organizations. Kim has had a unique career in that she has had leadership assignments in all aspects of the Innovation cycle. She spent eight years in process development, ten years in products/consumer research and six years in technology development. Additionally, she spent four years on special assignment in the Product Supply organization and two in quality assurance. She has expert skills in consumer analysis and organizational design. She retired from Procter and Gamble in 2001. She has also worked for YourEncore as an expert working as part of an external Connect and Develop effort for Procter and Gamble.

Kim has a laser-like ability to get to the heart of any challenge facing a business person or organization. She has expert interviewing skills which she can then transform into working models whether for a business, advertising, or organizational plan. Once the challenge is defined, she can bring her expertise on shaping a strategy, action plan, and metrics to drive results. Kim has developed and trained hundreds of leaders over her career. She has been a mentor and coach to a diverse functional, age, and cultural array of leaders. These leaders have made their way to Director and Vice Presidential levels at P&G and contribute Kim as a key force in their development.
