We are three sisters with a vision and a plan. We wanted exciting careers, love-filled families, and a closeness to nature and God in all that we do. Our strategy for success was simple: Chemical Engineering degrees which were our entry into Procter & Gamble careers, a partnership for support of each other, and excellent husbands. Our careers have taken us into the world of leadership, innovation, and technology/product development. Our partnership has taken us into a tree and lavender/herb farm. We have a supportive network which has been there as we have raised seven children while traveling extensively.
We now want to share what we have learned through our extensive innovation and leadership experiences. We have honed these over several decades working for one of the top marketing and consumer product giants in the world, from their product supply to technology development and business strategy. We have been responsible for major innovation in products, services, cost savings, technology development, and organizational design such as quality assurance and clinical supplies. Projects we have led generated hundreds of millions of dollars. Our expertise and tools are now available to you. These include vision creation, strategy development, problem definition, brainstorming, specialized consumer interviewing, knowledge mapping and deployment, team chartering/development, and context modeling. These have the potential for transformational change as they are applied to your challenges and adapted for practical application to your organization and business.
In addition to this, over the past thirty years we have developed our tree farm into state certification, built trails, and reclaimed eroded fields. We have recently begun a lavender field and connecting herb farm which surround our training facility. You will also see we have an active Herb and Lavender business, and are active in preserving the biodiversity of our tree farm.
